Shipping Policy (Non-Nicotine Products Only)

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

Non-Nicotine Shipping Only
Due to federal, state, and local regulations, The Vape Loft does NOT ship nicotine-containing products.

 

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary based on carrier and destination.

Age Restriction
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. Age verification may be required prior to fulfillment.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, The Vape Loft is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.


Local Delivery Policy (Nicotine Products)


Delivery Requirements

  • Recipient must be 21+ years of age

  • Valid government-issued photo ID is required at delivery

  • Delivery address must match the ID

  • Adult signature required

Failure to meet age-verification requirements will result in order cancellation. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Delivery Timeframes
Local delivery is typically completed during customer selected timeframe, subject to availability and order volume.


Returns Policy

Due to health, safety, and regulatory considerations, ALL SALES ARE FINAL on:

  • Nicotine products

  • E-liquids (including 0mg once opened)

  • Disposable vapes

  • Pods, coils, and consumables

  • Opened or used items


Eligible Returns (Non-Nicotine Only)

Returns may be approved only if all conditions are met:

  • Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Item is non-consumable and not a clearance or sale item

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by The Vape Loft. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Defective or Damaged Items

Claims for defective or damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photo or video documentation

Approved claims may result in a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable.


Refund Policy

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
