How old do I need to be to shop at The Vape Loft?
You must be 21 or older. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required for in-store purchases, pickup and local delivery.
Where are The Vape Loft stores located?
Our Denver store is at 116 S Broadway, Denver, Colorado. Our Englewood store is at 2738 S Broadway, Englewood, Colorado 80113.
What are your store hours?
Both locations are open Monday–Thursday 10am–8pm, Friday–Saturday 10am–10pm, and Sunday Noon–8pm. Holiday hours may vary.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes. Eligible local delivery is available within the delivery area configured at checkout. Local delivery requires a minimum $25 cart total. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see whether the method is available.
Can every product be shipped?
No. Some products—including disposable vapes, e-liquids/e-juices and pouches—are not eligible for shipping. Checkout will show the fulfillment methods available for the products in your cart and your address.
Is store pickup available?
Available pickup options appear at checkout based on the products in your cart. You will receive an order update when your order is ready.
How long does U.S. shipping take?
Estimated U.S. delivery is generally 3–7 business days after the order is processed. Carrier delays and product restrictions may affect delivery time.
What is your return policy?
Returns and refunds are handled by our staff under the Shipping + Return Policy. Customers cannot create a return automatically online. Contact us with your order number so we can review the request.
